The woman behind the secret cream
Wife, mother of six, devoted Christian and the heart and soul of Berries n Cream. Noel has spent over a decade turning a simple family recipe into something that brings communities together.
From a metal trailer to two storefronts
In 2011 Noel hitched up a homemade metal trailer to her truck and started selling berries and cream at local events across Cache Valley. The goal was simple โ help pay for school clothes for her six kids.
Nine years and countless events later she felt a prompting to take the leap and open a real storefront in Logan. Then St George. Then a grab and go at the Pioneer Courthouse. And the trailers kept rolling.

Fresh from the family dairy farm
The cream that makes Berries n Cream so special is not something you can buy at a store. It comes from Noel's family dairy farm in Idaho โ a recipe passed down through generations and never once written down.
